Work 2.0 is powerful Web and Mobile Apps platform. Work 2.0 brings the benefits of social networking to businesses, small and large, by adding features and functionality that allow security, behind-the-firewall installation, integration within the Enterprise technology stack, scalability and flexibility.
Most Web and Mobile Apps today stand on 4 pillars: Information, Community, Applications and Personalization. That is exactly how we designed Work 2.0

CORE PLATFORM
|
|
Work 2.0 Core Platform is broken up into two types of modules – User & Admin. The User module is the primary User Interface and User Experience and all content is exposed to users here. The Admin module focus on managing the internal and external content, while calibrating in defining rights, workflow, rules of the content and of users.

ARCHITECTURE
|
Work 2.0 is architected in state-of-art technology (a mix of Java and LAMP; with integration points for .NET) and consists of 4 layers.
A Presentation Layer, which manages what the User sees, User privileges and rights and manages multiple access sources like Browsers, Handhelds, iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, etc. The Data Access Layer is where the system intelligence lies. This is governed by a set of 7 engines as shown in the graphic. These engines manage and provide all the system functionality. The Data Layer access the system database and also interfaces with external databases like Knowledge Stores or LDAP, etc. The Integration Layer/API manages all interactions with third party applications, content feeds as well as provides information from the Work 2.0 system to apps and gadgets.

CUSTOMIZATION & INTEGRATION
|
Work 2.0 is very flexible and can be customized by Collabor as required. Customization includes look and feel, audience intent (internal or external) and back-end integration
Work 2.0 is designed to work within an existing enterprise technology stack. The design of these integration elements are specific to each client need. Our open systems SOA/REST based API was created with the intent that existing technology investments made by enterprises should be maximized AND not replaced
Integration of your Work 2.0 implementation with other enterprise wide tools like: Microsoft SharePoint, Sales Force and CRM applications, ERP implementations, Human Resource Management systems, Loyalty applications, Call Center logs, Enterprise Content Management systems, etc. as well as with Custom Applications
We can integrate your Work 2.0 implementation to your choice of handheld computing platform – Blackberry, iPhone, Windows Mobile
