Collabor provides a fully functional SaaS solution as an alternative to an Enterprise Install. SaaS is the preferred option for many enterprises which like to enjoy the benefits of the online community but would not like to install, integrate and manage the technology themselves.
The look and feel of your SaaS solution can be customized to your corporate colors, logos and templates if available.
Through our intuitive admin panel, you can still manage many aspects of your Online community, for example:
- Administration – manage users, user privileges, access and privacy rights,
- Content: ability to add content into all content modules including blogs, wikis, forums, Q&A, discussion boards, videocasts, podcasts,etc
- Moderation – to ensure that spam and abuse are managed
- Groups – Create sub-groups as per user needs/requests

Open Source Version
For small enterprises, we are happy to "give away" a version of our platform Work 2.0.
The way this works is :
- Since Work 2.0 is a platform, it is not a download. Hence some custom work is necessary even in the open source version of our product.
- Firstly, you have to choose open source or free modules for Blogs, Forums & Wiki for your community. We will integrate this into your community for you.
- We will customize your community look and feel
- We will implement Work 2.0 features, including common sign-on, customized homepages, and the "related content".
Optional Services Include :
- We can add some of our custom modules like Broadcasts and Q&A, if you so desire
- We can also add community wide adoption and usage reports

So if you are not ready for a full fledged community, ask us to come in and do an open source version of it. Remember, open source is not free, it is lighter and uses available tools from other providers
