Collabor was formed in December 2004. Collabor's existence is around Enterprise Online Communities. We leverage TIME – the convergence of Telecom, Internet, Media and Entertainment – to bring our clients the maximum impact from their online community initiatives.

Earlier: Sr Management positions in Infosys, Syntel and Virtusa. Co-Founder of Siemens Nixdorf India, Country Manager for the PC Business as well as its Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Strategy Officer. And later, headed the Travel and Transportation (Airlines, Airports, Railways and Travel) Business Units.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Shivaji University, India; MBA in Marketing and Finance from University of Bombay, India.

Mahendra Penumathsa, Co-Founder, President & COO, Indian Operations

Earlier: Franklin Templeton, Ion Exchange Financial Services, CHIP Magazine. Strategic Planning for 5 years, assisting Chairmen of diversified corporate groups in strategic planning, finance and legal aspects of their businesses

Addison C. Grimes, Vice President, Services
Just Before: Vice President - Technology at Monster.com
Earlier: Addison 's experience includes projects spanning three continents, with teams compromising European, Asian and US members. Addison has been in IT consulting for over 15 years, including leadership positions at Virtusa, Sapient and Accenture, leading teams to deliver value to Fortune 500 clients.
Education: a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston
Ranjan Chari, Chief Web Architect
Just Before: Founder Big Apple Designs, a New York based design and marketing firm
Earlier: Ranjan has over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise software solutions and internet services globally to diverse clientele including several Fortune 100 companies and government organizations. His expertise spans an array of disciplines including technology, design, internet security, creative and media communications.
Education: Masters Degree in Internet Engineering from Marlboro College, VT and is a PMI certified Project Management Professional
