Ken Smith, Director of Sales
Just Before: Previously, Ken was principal consultant at Smith Energy, a Smart Grid and renewable energy development company that built a Software-as-a-Service platform for aggregating data from distributed renewable energy facilities; he also worked with the NJ Energy conglomerate PSEG developing wind and solar generating assets in the ISO New England territory.
Earlier: Before moving into energy Ken had led six venture and angel-backed start-ups in the Internet communications and consumer advertising industries. He led the developement of two Internet strategy consulting firms whose clients included Priceline, Gap, and Levi Strauss, and previously he led the developemnt of VW.com 1.0 as well as several of the early internet advertising efforts by Titleist/Footjoy, NYNEX, and Bankof America.
Education: Ken holds an M. Ed. with honors, and a B.A. from the University of San Francisco. He has continued his education with multiple professional certificates in project management, MSOffice, MSProject, and Social Media Marketing.
 

   
Rich Aroian, Director of Partner Programs
Just Before: As the Director of Field Marketing for CA Technologies, Rich developed and executed the Channel Marketing startegy for CA's portfolio of Resellers and Value Added Distributors.
Earlier: He has helped ADC and Sybase create new Business Units, globalize their marketing and business developemnt organizations and successfully enter new markets. Rich has also held executive leadership positions in multiple start-ups and established strong market positions leading to significant sales growth and successful exits.
Education: Rich has an MBA from Babson College and is currently a lecturer on Channel Design and Management in their MBA Program.
