Responsibilities:

• Selling licensed software, implementation services and SaaS solutions
• Work prospect lists and databases in selected territory/industry
• Cold calling and email prospecting activities are expected
• Work with marketing to define campaigns, conferences, events and other networking opportunities
• Regularly update company systems including CRM, attend and report at company meetings and conference calls

Requirements:

• Should have experience selling licensed software and/or SaaS
• Should have an extensive track record of successfully meeting quotaIndustry or domain experience is preferred and should be accompanied with a strong network and connections
• Good interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
• Ability to take direction and criticism well, with a willingness to work in a collaborative environment while taking initiative
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage sales pipeline and meet targets.​
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education/Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in technology or related field OR any bachelor’s degree with an advanced qualification in technology
• A relevant advanced degree or training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage customers to satisfaction. You are the Single Point of Contact for the customer.
  
• Lead requirements gathering by understanding customer business wants and needs, and translate them into business and/or technical requirements.
• Work with Design team in presenting high quality UI and User experience to the customers.
  
• Design solutions based on Collabor's products - you should be able to create use cases, Data Flow Diagrams, As Is & to Be Process Analysis, Gap Analysis and Solution Designing.
• Work with Implementation team to deliver solutions
  
• Ensure that post production issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years experience in a technology services or product professional services area.
  
• Must have owned customer relationships through implementation and production support activities
